Though we do provide ourselves on helping clients both nationally and internationally with our commitment to remote assistance.

Who is Amber?

Amber Halverson is the Director and Principal Migration Agent at Unite Migration. She founded the company after developing a deep passion for migration law through years of experience in the field. Amber holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law & Practice. Her expertise spans various areas of migration law, including employer-sponsored, general skilled migration, global talent and family migration schemes. Amber is dedicated to assisting all her clients to the best of her ability, regardless of the subclass. Outside of migration law, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends on the Central Coast of NSW.

Gabriel Stinga Rihani

Who is Gabriel?

Gabriel joined Unite Migration in May 2024, bringing first-hand experience navigating Australia’s migration system. Fluent in Swedish, Spanish, French, and several other languages, he holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law. Registered with MARA, Gabriel has worked in migration since early 2023. With a background in Yoga and Buddhist philosophy, he spent over a decade studying in India. This contemplative practice complements his legal knowledge, equipping him with patience and calm in challenging situations.

Who is Molly?

With a mother who migrated to rural NSW from the UK, Molly understands the huge impact navigating visa processes can have on people’s lives. Along with teaching kids to swim, she has navigated roles in legal administration and hospitality in both Australia and the United Kingdom before joining the Unite Migration team in April 2023. She is dedicated to ensuring every application that comes across her desk is attended to with both care and efficiency.

Who is Karen?

Karen (Kaz) joined Unite Migration in July 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her roles in state government, education, and health. She has contributed to major rail infrastructure projects in Victoria, working closely with engineering and communications teams. Kaz also had a brief stint as a communications officer in Perth’s aged care sector. She enjoys coffee and laughter, especially with friends and family. In her free time, Kaz loves drawing and taking long walks with her dog, Kobe.

Who is other Amber?

Amber Winston joined Unite Migration in December 2023. Originally from the UK, she came to Australia for what was intended to be a short stay but chose to make Sydney her home during the pandemic. With over four years in the country, Amber has worked in hospitality and marketing before securing her TSS 482 visa. Having personally navigated the complexities of the visa process, she understands the delicate and challenging pathways to obtaining visas. Known for her vibrant and sociable personality, Amber is always striving to support those around her.
