Visa Pathways

Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) 482 Visa

TSS 482 Visa (Short Stream) The TSS 482 visa (Short Stream) is designed to fill immediate skill shortages in Australia’s healthcare sector. This visa allows employers to sponsor skilled workers for up to two years. At Unite Migration, we ensure that all requirements are met and guide both employers and applicants through every step of the process, providing comprehensive support to both the sponsoring organisation and the skilled worker.

TSS 482 Visa (Medium Stream) The TSS 482 visa (Medium Stream) addresses critical skill shortages for a longer duration, allowing employers to sponsor skilled workers for up to four years. We provide expertise in handling these applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Our deep understanding of the Medium Stream requirements minimises complexities, allowing healthcare providers to focus on delivering exceptional care to their patients. The majority of allied health occupations can be found on this list.

Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) 186 Visa

The ENS 186 visa offers a pathway to permanent residency for skilled workers. There are two streams within the ENS 186 visa: the Temporary Residence Transition (TRT) stream and the Direct Entry (DE) stream.

ENS 186 Temporary Residence Transition (TRT) Stream This stream is for skilled workers who have already worked in Australia for their employer on a 457 or TSS visa for at least three years. We help streamline the transition to permanent residency, ensuring all eligibility criteria are met.

ENS 186 Direct Entry (DE) Stream The DE stream is for skilled workers who may not have previously worked in Australia or have only been briefly employed here. We assist in verifying qualifications and meeting the necessary criteria to secure permanent residency through this pathway.

Training (407) Visa

The Training 407 visa allows organisations to sponsor applicants to participate in workplace-based occupational training activities to improve their skills for up to two years. We facilitate the application process, ensuring that both the sponsoring organisation and the applicant meet the stringent requirements set by the Department of Home Affairs. If they do not quite have the experience for the TSS visa scheme, this is an excellent stepping stone for our limited registration practitioners to enter Australia.
